Deer Burgers with the Weston Burger Express

This is an unboxing, review and demonstration of the Weston Express Hamburger Press. I have included a recipe for mixing your own hamburger. I am using deer meat course ground, with 20% beef suet, the fat is needed because deer meat is way too lean, it requires some fat. This will make the burgers moist and yummy. I then did a fine grind of the mixed suet and venison. I added a teaspoon of Worchester sauce, half an egg, chopped Jalapeños to make just two 5oz burgers.
